Welcome to PupPal. By creating an account or using our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service description

PupPal provides caregiver tools for logging seizures, medications, journals, and sharing insights with clinicians. The service does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for veterinary care.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use PupPal.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or infringe others’ rights.
  • Upload only content that you have a right to share.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer or resell the service.

5. Content and licenses

You own the content you input. You grant PupPal a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the service (e.g., generating insights and backups).

6. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans renew automatically until canceled.
  • You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current period.
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with local laws.

7. Disclaimers

PupPal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that insights will be medically accurate. Always consult a licensed veterinarian.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PupPal and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; you may request export or deletion of your data.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service. Material updates will be posted in-app or emailed. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
